It's pretty obvious what my very first beauty post will be about.....

I looooooooooooove  lipcolour!!!
I obviously have a particular fondness for red lip colour *hence the name of the blog* but in general i love lipcolor
it's the one thing make up wise that you really cant go wrong with and little or no expertise is needed in its application.
Not everyone can get their eyebrows on "fleek" or contour "for the gods" but i daresay just about anyone can smack some colour on their lips and bravely face our big bad world.
Today i'm going to post pics of my fave lip colours , what i love about them and where you can get them if you are so inclined.
In the spirit of being interactive I would love to set up a gallery showing YOU guys wearing YOUR fave lip colours. Please send your pics to "hello@redlipswin.com"
Don't be shy, we are all friends here...

This is probably my absolute fave lippy...
It's called Nouba 46 and it applies as a gloss but dries to a super matte finish. I like that its super bright but still kinda "grown". It practically lasts all day and if your lips seem to be drying up *as it's a matte lip colour* all you need to do is apply a clear lip balm to restore some moisture and voila!!!
To the best of my knowledge, Nouba is only carried in Nigeria by "Giftys Daughter Beauty" they have stores in Abuja, PortHarcourt, Yenegoa and Lagos. Check out their Instagram page for more details.

I love love love this pink!!!!!!! If you are a fan of bright pink lips, this is the lippy for you. I truly believe it packs the same punch as red does but in a more playful way as oppossed to sexy..*am i making sense to y'all? It's kinda like MACs "Candy yum yum" but in matte form.
It's also by Nouba and its the 16. *they don't do fancy names, just numbers*

Aha!! This is definitely for that "kinda goth chick"in all of us.  It's a really dark purple and I love it!!! It's by "LASplash" and it's called "Malevolent"
Just like Nouba, it applies like a gloss and dries to a super matte finish. *yeah, I'm really into matte lips*
This line is also carried by "Giftys Daughter Beauty"

Now if you like plummy shades and moisture... I give you "Rebel". It's not as gothy as "Malevolent"but it's still a really lovely darker purple. It's by a Nigerian based cosmetics company called "Fabulosity Cosmetics"
I have to say that for a non matte lippy, it does pack a lot of staying power and the moisture is fabulous.
"Fabulosity Cosmetics" can be found on instagram. Check them out for more details

This is a "notice me or I die" colour and I love it!!!! It's called "Passion" by "Fabulosity Cosmetics" Same great moisture as "Rebel"and fantastic staying power.

Now this is for the nude lip lovers!!! This is my ultimate nude lip colour. It's called "touch" and its by "MAC" and I believe it suits just about every skintone. It's perfect for when you have a lot of drama going on with your eyes or hair like in the picture above. It's a lustre lippy so it shows as really soft but if you like glossy lips, you can apply a really great nude gloss like "Spite"by "MAC" over it.

So there you have it!!! My all time fave lip colours...*for now*
Send me your pics ladies, lets bond over lippy love. Lol!!!

Nouba 46 and Malovelent look so good “on” you, but in all honesty, I think any lip colour looks really nice “on” you.
