Your video was interrupted by some Siamese twins story, I don’t know if it was in fact a part of your blog (I doubt it was) Anyway, yeah I appreciate when people talk about stuff happening with them, knowing that sharing might in fact help reach out to someone else going through similar situations.
But we cannot however rule out the fact that people tend to over share much more private information on social media, information strangers shouldn’t have about one. I just think one can actually sieve through ehsy one puts out there. I’m guilty of this too,I know a few things I have put on a social platform that even family and close friends sent

Close friends aren’t***(my last comment wasn’t complete, sorry.) privy to. In as much as we want to share a bit if our experiences, we should also strive to protect ourselves, keep a little something for ourselves. NB: I love your blogs, feel like we are actually skyping. Thanks for sharing,Boks! 😘

Lullah is so cute! Anyway back to the topic… i am a sharer! I’m comfortable talking about a lot of things bcos i believe when i own it, it loses any power to hurt me when others try to use it. That said, this is Nigeria so i find myself having to bottle up stuff just because i don’t want to deal with the fall out. I guess the rule for me is to share as much as i feel comfortable with sharing at that time.
Btw, i find it encouraging somewhat to know u struggled with depression. I have struggled with it too and i find it helpful when fellow Nigerians admit it cos it shows we are making progress. Anyway thanks for sharing!
